100% Garnacha de Aragón, the oldest clone of Garnacha (Grenache) in the world. Garnacha (Grenache) was first cultivated in this northeastern corner of Spain and transferred across the Mediterranean by the Kingdom of AragÛn.

Multiple old mountain vineyards. (El Plano, Barranco de la Rambla, Cerro Verde, Cerro del Cura, La Laguna…)

Between 1945 and 1970.

Traditional dry farmed viticulture. Organic Gobelet trained vines. Cultivated completely by hand, with minimal human intervention. The majority of the vineyards receive no treatments whatsoever.

Cambrian-Silurian slate and quartz soils, partially covered by a thin layer of calcareous Mesozoic soil.

Extreme continental, with drastic temperature swings between day and night. Extremely low levels of precipitations. Drought years are not uncommon.

Hand-harvested and stored in small 20kg boxes. The rosé is produced with a light saignée followed by fermentation by wild yeast in stainless steel and concrete tanks.

An elegant, delicate rosé characterized by floral aromatics.
